外向交货单对应的序列号状态仍然是EDEL ECTO

今天在做外向交货单时遇到个问题：序列号状态仍然是EDEL ECTO，到网上找到解决的办法，记下来备用。

Serial number has status EDEL without DN assignm

Summary---Refer to SAP notes 176283

SymptomYou cannot assign a serial number to a delivery since a status management error message is generated, stating that status EDEL has already been set.

Cause and prerequisites
The serial number has status EDEL although it is currently not assigned to an incomplete delivery.The error occurs because the serial number - possibly as a result of a transfer from a sales order - was entered in a delivery item and this delivery item has been deleted before saving.

Solution
Correction P4DK032937

Remark:The serial numbers which were now updated incorrectly with respect to the status

due to the above error can usually be corrected with the master data change.
Follow with these steps:
The serial number was in stock before the delivery assignment:
--> IQ02 - Edit - Manual operation
    1.  step "to the customer" ,then 'SAVE'. After this step , set SN's  status EDEL  to ECUS

    2. Step "from customer" ,then 'SAVE'. NOW,   SN's  status is changend from ECUS to ESTO

Now, you can use SN normally.
