- batch 方法震荡小,下降迅速,但是每次计算时间长

实际计算中,可以取中,mini-batch,将batch分成一定数量的mini-batch, 每个mini-batch 迭代一次,使梯度下降比较迅速的同时计算时间也比较短
2 Mini-Batch 梯度下降
基于数据集(X,Y) 构造mini-batchs.
两步走:shuffle + partition
Shuffle
列向量表示一个样本,随机变换样本位置(X 与 Y同步变换)使样本随机分布于每个mini-batch。
Partition
将shuffle之后的数据集分为mini-batch_size 份(这里是64份),由于可能除不尽,所以最后一份数据量可能少一些。
练习 实现random_mini_batches
- 已经完成shuffle阶段,请完成partition阶段
- 整除时正好份数
- 不整除时有下取整p个完整的mini-batch, 一个 m-p*mini-batch
