  • self.features = nn.Sequential Sequential 将一系列的层结构进行打包,组合成新的结构,这里把打包的结果赋值给features表示对图像特征的提取所用到的层结构
  • self.classifier = nn.Sequential :是将用于图像分类的层(全连接层)进行打包
  • inplace=True 指的是进行原地操作,选择进行原地覆盖运算。操作的好处就是可以节省运算内存,不用多储存其他无关变量
  • nn.Dropout(p=0.5) 防止过拟合,默认失活比例是0.5
  • def _initialize_weights(self): 初始化权重函数
    • nn.init.kaiming_normal_ : 一种初始化方法1
  • torch.flatten(x, start_dim=1) 对向量X进行展平,展平的维度1是深度

  • device = torch.device(“cuda:0” if torch.cuda.is_available() else “cpu”) 如果有GPU就使用第一块GPU,否则就使用cpu
  • transforms.RandomResizedCrop(224) 随机裁剪到224
  • transforms.RandomHorizontalFlip() 随机水平翻转
  • os.path.abspath(os.path.join(os.getcwd(), “…/…”))
    • os.getcwd() : 获取当前文件目录
    • …/… :获取上上一级目录
    • os.path.join : 将os.getcwd和"…/…"两个目录合并
    • os.path.abspath :返回括号内在当前系统的绝对路径
  • datasets.ImageFolder ImageFolder假设数据集按照类别将图片存储在不同的文件夹下,文件夹名为类别名
  • train_dataset.class_to_idx :获取类别名及其所以(类别名在前,索引在后:{‘daisy’:0, ‘dandelion’:1, ‘roses’:2, ‘sunflower’:3, ‘tulips’:4 })
  • ** cla_dict = dict((val, key) for key, val in flower_list.items())** 将类别名和索引的顺序倒置
  • json_str = json.dumps(cla_dict, indent=4) 将字典编码成json的格式
  • os.cpu_count() 获取电脑cpu的数量
  • net.to(device) 如果有GPU就会在GPU上进行计算,因为net转移到device上,所以后面想net传输的参数也需要转移到device上
  • net.train() net.eval() 用于启用和关闭droupout层,因为我们不希望网络在测试的过程中使用droupout
  • if val_accurate > best_acc: 判断精度大小,后续只保存最优参数
