11.5 Class 5: Transmission function输电功能

        Capability of transmitting electrical energy from the generator to the distribution network.

        Receives the generated electrical energy from the generator.

        NOTE 2 The transmission medium is generally referred to as the grid and transmission is
typically done at high voltages to reduce energy losses over long distances.
