Dear APP review team, thank you for your patience in reviewing. Our latest submitted version of APP(GOME MeiDian) 2.2.0 was rejected, and the reason given by the auditor is that the Guideline 4.1 Design :Copycats is in violation of the Guideline.

GOME MeiDian is the social e-commerce section of gome, playing the role of linking gome APP and stores. Different from gome APP, GOME MeiDian APP is a social sharing platform, while gome APP is an e-commerce retail platform. Consumers buy goods in groups in the GOME MeiDian APP, while individuals can buy goods in the gome APP.

We pay more attention to multi-group, shopping rebate, so that customers can buy the highest quality products at the best price. Therefore, in the content and gome APP is not what plagiarism.

On April 12, the auditor gave the reason that he violated the Guideline 4.1 Design :Copycats. Later, we made a reply, hoping to provide us with a detailed and similar explanation. However, the reply given by the reviewer on April 13 still did not give a specific explanation for the violation of the rules. In fact, both gome meidian APP and gome APP are products of gome group, which only provide services that cannot be provided to customers.
