一个XHTML文档必须得有<!DOCTYPE>
XHTML文档主要由下面三个方面构成
DOCTYPE
Head
Body
基本的文档结构为：
<!DOCTYPE ...>
<html>
<head>
<title>... </title>
</head>
<body> ... </body>
</html>文档声明必须出现在XHTML文档的首行。

STRICT 严密型
TRANSITIONAL 过渡型
FRAMESET 框架型
