安装torch-geometric需要找到与自身torch版本对应的一系列包，运行下面的py代码可以自动获取对应torch版本的torch-scatter，torch-sparse，torch-cluster，torch-spline-conv，torch-geometric，这个代码从别的地方找的，忘记了出处在哪里，但是很有用
