It is time for me to continue the contract with company

It is time for me to continue the cantract with company.just now,my leader give me a piece of paper to fill.it is a agreement assign of continue contract with company.But I don't want to continute the contract because I think there is a poor salary here and no advancement space.so I have not assigned my name on the paper.

I will try my best to find another job with a good salary and a big advancement space.i would like to work in a foreign company.
