 wsl.exe --update --web-download 

偶尔能执行成功，但是太慢了，就abort了

试了 Solution

还是一直

wsl.exe --update
正在检查更新。
已禁止(403)。

 wsl.exe --update --web-download
正在检查更新。
已禁止(403)。

然后我就

> wsl -l -v
 

> wsl --list --online
以下是可安装的有效分发的列表。
 

> wsl --install -d Ubuntu-22.04

正在下载: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS 已下载。
已成功安装分发。可以通过 “wsl.exe -d Ubuntu 22.04 LTS” 启动它

当然我跟着上面的Solution勾选了虚拟机平台，

 然后去下载msi直接双击Releases · microsoft/WSL · GitHub

不知道少了这两步行不行，直接这样做行不行。
