Assignments:

2. Food and Beverages: Alice and Michael will handle the food and beverage arrangements. We encourage everyone to bring a dish or beverage to share with the team. Please coordinate with Alice and Michael regarding your contribution.
3. Entertainment: Lisa will organize entertainment activities for the evening, such as games, music, and small talent shows. If you have any talents you would like to showcase, please inform Lisa in advance.
4. RSVP and Guest List: Emma will manage the RSVPs and maintain the guest list. If you plan to bring any guests, please inform her as soon as possible so that we can make suitable arrangements.
