生物活性：胸苷是脱氧核糖核酸的特定前体，用作细胞同步化剂。胸苷是一种 DNA 合成 抑制剂，可在 DNA 复制之前将细胞停滞在 G1/S 边界[1][2] [3]. IC50 和目标：DNA 合成[2]。

体内：胸苷（500 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每天两次）完全逆转甲氨蝶呤和 Tomudex 诱导的 CD4+Vβ8+ 和 CD8+< 缺失/sup>Vβ8+ T 细胞 [3]。
