ssh login without password

1. ssh-keygen

Shufengs-iMac:~ wangbo$ ssh-keygen
Generating public/private rsa key pair.

Enter same passphrase again: <span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">[enter-return]</span>
Your identification has been saved in /Users/wangbo/.ssh/id_rsa.
Your public key has been saved in /Users/wangbo/.ssh/id_rsa.pub.
The key fingerprint is:

The key's randomart image is:

2. Make sure there is ~/.ssh folder on remote server

3. Apend new public key to remote server

Shufengs-iMac:~ wangbo$ cat .ssh/id_rsa.pub | ssh oracle@192.168.0.111 'cat >> .ssh/authorized_keys'
oracle@192.168.0.111's password:

4. Try to login

5. If login still need password you may need to do following steps on remote server

[oracle@ol65 .ssh]$ chmod 644 .ssh/authorized_keys

[oracle@ol65 ~]$ chmod 700 .ssh
