Stupid Keyboard

A friend asked me to have a glance at his keybord.

When I press some keys to his notepad,something funny appears:

 

When Z button is hit , z`1 appears

When X button is hit ,  x2  appears

When C button is hit ,  c3 appears

When B button is hit ,  vb54 appears

When N,M button is hit ,  mn67 appears

 

What happened?

Checking :  Control Panel>>Regional & Language Options   it  is OK

since x-2,c-3,vb-45,mn-67 is near in keyboard respectly,Maybe shorted wire in the cable?

I told him to make an entire cleaning of keyboard,but finally,he bought  a new  one with RMB  15 only,everything is OK then.
