谁在招聘?
在找工作之前,了解公司招聘的原因是很重要的。公司的目标是雇佣能够帮助公司满足业务需求的人员。下面任何一种情况都有可能。

  1. 员工已经退休或离开公司,并出现了一个空缺。
  2. 公司正在发展或重组,需要员工来满足不断扩大或变化的需求。
  3. 需要额外的帮助来满足项目的最后期限。
  4. 新的业务流程需要新的员工。
  5. 员工正在休假、休假或被停职。
  6. 有些行业的人员流动率很高,因此全年都会招聘相同的岗位。 这些公司将保留合格的候选人申请,直到职位空缺为止。

Who is Hiring?

Before you look for a job, it is important to understand why a company is hiring. Ultimately, the goal of the company is to hire people who will help the company fill its business needs. Any of the following scenarios are possible.

  1. Staff have retired or left the company, and a vacancy has been created.
  2. The company is growing or restructuring and needs staff to fill the expanding or changing demands.
  3. Extra help is needed to meet a project deadline.
  4. A new business process requires a new staff member.
  5. An employee is on vacation, on leave, or suspended.
  6. Some industries experience high turnover and advertise for the same positions year-round. These companies will hold qualified candidate applications until a position opens.

Job Postings

When a company decides that it wants to hire, it will create a job description that lists the duties for the position and other requirements such as levels of experience and education. The hiring manager (to whom the position reports) or human resources staff will use this job description as the basis for the job posting or job ad.

The job posting may be designed for current employees (“internal clients”) or made available to the public (“external clients”). Companies often post job openings internally and externally at the same time.
