近日自我评价

在开始之前，我想首先谈谈我最近的成就，那就是我在上个月通过线上自学，帮助我的一个朋友解决了他的笔记本电脑的cpu噪声问题。这段学习过程帮助我熟悉了笔记本电脑的硬件结构，并使我对笔记本电脑的拆卸和修复程序有了很好的了解。我很喜欢用我的知识和技能来帮助别人解决他们的问题，我也可以在这些经历中学习新东西。正因为如此，我的朋友们都觉得我很可靠，经常来找我帮忙。这也是激励我坚持这种习惯的主要原因。然而，我发现的自己的一项不足是，我很少主动寻求提升自己或帮助他人的机会，我习惯于待在自己的舒适区内，这不仅丢失了很多机会，还阻碍了我的个人发展。我认为这是一个严重的不足，也可能影响到我的学习和未来的职业生涯中，因此从现在起，我将专注于提高我在工作中的主动性和寻找机会。

I’d like to first talk about my recent achievement, which is that I have helped one of my friend solve his laptop’s cpu problem through online self-study in last month. This experience helped me become familiar with laptop hardware structure, and let me gain a good knowledge of laptop disassembly and restoration procedures. I really enjoy using my knowledge and skills to help others solve their problems, I can also learn new things during these experiences. Because of that, my friends think I am very reliable and often comes to me for help. This is the main reason that energizes me to keep doing things like that. However, the weakness I’ve found is that I hardly proactively seek opportunities to improve myself or help others, I just stay in my comfort zone and wait things to come, which has not only wasted many good opportunities, but also delayed my personal development. I think this is a serious shortage that can be also applied to my study and future career, from now on, I will focus on improve my initiative on work and seeking opportunities.
