xilinx USB Cable 无法找到，ise低版本下载程序出错

当在ise中通过jtag下载程序时（本人电脑windows 10 ，64位），出现如下错误：

我试过很多方法，最后通过安装新版本的ise14.7解决问题。希望能帮到大家吧。
