我同意,因为一些调查显示大多数的年轻人知道自己行为的后果,他们有些人只是不想工作或者是不知道约束自己,其实有很多年轻人的成长环境也和这些年轻罪犯一样,但是绝大部分穷的年轻人或者成长环境不好的年轻人都选择了努力去战胜他们的困境,努力去实现自己的目标,只有一小部分选择了去犯罪,所以这些选择犯罪的年轻人需要被惩罚.另一方面,一些年级小的青少年比如12岁以下的,我觉得可以减轻惩罚,去引导他们约束自己的行为.

I agree,because many researches show that most young people who commit crimes actually  know the result of their behavior,they just do not want to work or do not know how to restrain themselves.Actually there are many young people grow up in a bad family environment just like these young criminals,but most of them choose to hard work and try to overcome the difficulty and they try to achieve their purpose,just a very small part of them choose to commit crimes,so these young criminals have to be punished.On the other hand,if some young criminals who under 12 years old,i think they can be mitigated,they do not know the result of their behaviors and they should be guided to restrain their behaviors.

我觉得这是一个好的发展,现在有很多人觉得上大学没用,浪费时间也浪费钱,我觉得这是一个完全错误的想法.我觉得大学不是一个让你学职业技能的地方,大学不是一个培训班,大学不应该像一个工厂一样,去生产很多相似的机器人,我觉得大学能创造一种学习的氛围,创造一种积极向上的氛围,学生在大学不仅可以学到知识,最关键的是可以建立自己的思维方式.

I think it is a positive development,nowadays,there are many people think that it is not useful to go to university,it is wasting time and wasting money.I think this opinion is completely wrong,the university is not a place for people to learn a vocational skill,it is not a training class,it should not like a factory that produce some similar robots.I think the university can create a positive atmosphere of learning,students can receive knowledge and also can set up a way of thinking.

 

3.我觉得政府可以加大惩罚力度,比如罚款,这样可以防止人们乱停车.

I think the government should increase punishments,such as fines,this can prevent people from illegal parking.

I think the benefit is that the presence of police officers is a good deterrent.

Potential offenders think they cannot escape punishment,so they will think twice if they want to commit a crime.

It can prevent crime.

If the number of officers on patrol increases,it can make the community a safer place to live.

Another benefit is that the police can catch criminals.

For example,armed police can shoot an escaping criminal who is likely to do something harmful to innocent citizens.

this can help protect the public.

 

 

 

我觉得分配警察到社区里的话可以降低犯罪率,罪犯肯定不会在有警察的地方犯罪,所以如果警察在社区里扩大巡逻范围,那么大多数地方都会变得非常安全.

I think if the government distribute some policemen to the community,it can reduce crime rate,criminals will not commit crimes in the places where have police,so if policemen expand patrols,more places will become safer.

 

 

 

I think one reason that women become business leaders is that women have equal access to education.

They can learn managerial skills at university.

It means that they can also manage the company as effectively as their male counterparts do.

The gender gap is narrowing in terms of workplace performance.

Another reason is that we do not have any gender discrimination.Many big companies today do not have gender bias when choosing members of the board.

Employees are comfortable with taking an order from female supervisors.

Women can earn as much money as men do in the same positions.
