本机环境：windows7

jdk；1.6.0.45

tomcat6.0

工具：Eclipse

一、新建WEB项目

1.新建Dynamic Web Project，命名为Helloworld.

2.下一步-》之后将content directory 改成webapp-》点击finish就创建成功了。

二、配置文件

1.在Java Resources中新建config文件（装配置文件）

2.新建springmvc.xml文件完成基本配置

三、添加Jar包

1.添加jar时只要将准备好的jar包拖到lib下就可以

2.将需要的jar包都添加进去

四、测试

1.配置完成后，我们就可以建立Controller了
