Some problems when I take Stanford CS231N

my environment ：windows10, python3.7
after searching for many different solutions, I solved my problems.

1、[Errno ‘jupyter-notebook’ not found] 2 when run “jupyter notebook”

First

run in cmd

# for python2
pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir jupyter

# for python3
pip3 install --upgrade --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir jupyter

Second

this is useless for my problem, but some machines use it usefully.

change the command “jupyter notebook” to “jupyter-notebook”

Another problem

for example : cannot recognize the command

Problem：the system path doesn’t contain “anaconda”

Solution：add “F://conda” “F://conda/script” “F://conda/library/bin” into PATH
(my anaconda is installed st F://conda)

2、No module named ‘past’

Solution

cmd

# for python2
pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir future

# for python3
pip3 install --upgrade --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir future
