Jupyter配置虚拟环境及安装Python包时遇到的问题

  Add Virtualenv as Python Kernel. Replace your-venv with your virtualenv name

Activate the virtualenv

$ source your-venv/bin/activate

# Install jupyter in the virtualenv
# 如果想让接下来创建的kernel所使用的的python为your-env的一定要先执行这个
# 因为不在自己环境里面创建jupyter的话之后在创建kernel的时候用的就是base环境里面的jupyter以及python，这时候即使在自己环境中安装包，在自己环境中创建的kernel也会显示没有
(your-venv)$ pip install jupyter   

# Add the virtualenv as a jupyter kernel
(your-venv)$ ipython kernel install --name "local-venv" --user

You can now select the created kernel your-env when you start Jupyter

# 查看kernel链接列表
jupyter kernelspec list

# 删除kernel链接
# jupyter kernelspec remove pytorch_gpu （kernel所在的环境名称）
jupyter kernelspec remove pytorch_gpu 

# 创建虚拟环境
# conda create -n pytorch_gpu（环境名称） python=3.7（python版本号）
conda create -n pytorch_gpu python=3.7

# 删除虚拟环境
# conda remove -n pytorch_gpu（环境名称） --all
conda remove -n pytorch_gpu --all

可以用jupyter kernelspec list --json查看环境相关信息，参见Fixing Module Not Found errors with Jupyter notebook

• 3、Python包安装源的设置，ERROR: pip‘s dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages 解决办法分享

pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple   ruamel-yaml

• 4、ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘skbuild‘解决办法

pip3 install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple scikit-build

pip3 install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple cmake

• 5、Jupyter Notebook: Access to the file was denied
