调试过程出现如下错误：

RuntimeError: one of the variables needed for gradient computation has been modified by an inplace operation: [torch.cuda.FloatTensor [4, 3, 513, 513]], which is output 0 of ReluBackward1, is at version 3; expected version 1 instead. Hint: enable anomaly detection to find the operation that failed to compute its gradient, with torch.autograd.set_detect_anomaly(True).

由于新版本的pytorch把Varible和Tensor融合为一个Tensor，inplace操作，之前对Varible能用，但现在对Tensor，就会出错了。

这样一来，在次运行，这个问题就解决了。根据这里面的描述我们可以得到初步结论是这个错误表明在计算梯度时，某个变量已经通过inplace操作进行了修改，但通常情况下，PyTorch会要求你不要对需要梯度计算的变量进行inplace操作，因为这样可能导致梯度计算错误。回想我们之前的代码问题，是在进行梯度传播的时候我们在保存计算图的时候出现了问题：因为梯度计算要迭代计算，所以需要在原来的基础上继续进行计算，所以需要保持计算图。所以这个的解决办法是，按照代码的执行逻辑去查看前面的计算图，然后我们把对应的代码改了。
