1. 第一段：这是一个简单却发人深省的图画，图中一个年轻人正在进行工作面试。然而
   ，雇主一边看着他的简历，一边回应“……”This is a concise but enlightening cartoon where a graduate is having a job interview. However, looking at his resume, the interviewer says, “Sorry,Kid…Your resume looks good, but you only have a master’degree…All the other applicants are Ph.D.s!”

2. 第二段：显然，这张图片的深刻含义告诉我们，雇主们歧视有较低学历的学生是不明智的。生活在信息时代和终身学习的时代，求职者们应该获得一些重要的素质，例如：沟通技巧，团队合作精神和创新能力。Obviously, the profound meaning lying in this picture persuades us that it is not sensible for employers to discriminate against students with low diplomas. Living in an era of information and life-long study, employees outght to obtain some significant qualities, such as communicative skills, teamwork spirit, and innovative abilities.Teamwork spirits, without a doubt, is stepping stone which enhances the workers’ capabilities, ensures them to acquire a harmonious atmosphere in working place, and enables them to go further on the way of career. Meanwhile, no one could survive without innovation. A critical example is that without innovative abilities, a new employee is prone to confine himself to low-efficiency, poor abilities and narrow-mindedness because he can never learn new professional knowlege to strengthen efficiency of working.

3. 第三段：总而言之，作为一名大学生，我坚信，年轻人不仅有必要提升学历，还要发展多方面的能力。
   In a nutshell, as a college student, I am convinced that it is of great necessity for youngsters to enhance not only diplomas, but also comprehensive capabilities.
