VPN的关闭

在anaconda使用pip install导入库会报错，缺少模块

    ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pygame
    ERROR: No matching distribution found for pygame

关闭vpn即可，vpn会保护流量但也会加密信息。

PS 80%的pip下载失败是下载速度过慢引起的，所以采用pipy镜像网站进行加速。
