VS Code配置C++运行环境，并且将代码在VS Code的自带终端中运行而不是弹出黑色窗口

之前我发过一篇配置VS Code的文章（链接），但是使用那个配置方法运行的代码是在黑色的窗口中运行的，每次运行代码都需要在return 0 前面加一个断点，或者加上system("pause") ，有点麻烦，昨天一个偶然的机会我发现了学校的机器的VS Code是直接在自带的终端上运行的，就跟IDEA一样，完美解决了上面的问题，只需要修改那两个配置文件即可。

只需要注意MinGW的路径要和你电脑的路径一样就可以了。
