Advantage
- All members in our team can communicate with each other frankly when we were designing our UI
- Our team members are eager to acquire knowledge even though we have so many majors' knowledge to obtain
- We set our goal rationally so we won't be caught in a dilemma
Disadvantage
- Because every member has our own things to do, we are not able to gather together to discuss with each other face to face frequently
- Due to the heavy course pressure, we cannot acquire enough knowledge to carry out our original plan
- We cannot design a good enough UML diagram because of our ability
Improvement
- We will be more often to concentrate on helping each other and deciding on a more reasonable team division
- We will try our best to obtain the necessary knowledge
- We will make every effort to meet deadlines and complete the task on time
