以上显示出现没有找到一个叫"setup scipt"的文件，就是没有scipy这个包，从网上下载下来但是没有安装成功。

下面进行conda安装

conda install scipy-1.11.2

但是出现以下错误，还是没有下载成功。

这意思说是安装这个包的时候，出现当前的channel不可用，解决办法其实人家在报错中已经说了：https://anaconda.org。
需要去 https://anaconda.org 这个网址，在上方的搜索条上搜索你要安装这个包的其他channel，下边展示一下如何找igraph的其他channel
首先进入上述网址，在中间搜索：
