arduino上传错误解决方法

使用了UNO板，但是链接USB口以后上传一直报错。
错误信息：

等等

解决方法：

ide中点击，工具—>处理器—>“ATmega328P（old bootlodar）”。
处理器选项里面的可以换这试一下，本人是NANO的板子。
