（7）竞争冒险（Hazard)

        Static Hazards includes static-1and static-0 hazard, when 1 input variable changes theoutput changes momentarily before stabilising on the correct value.

        （“1”型竞争）A static-1 hazard is the possibility of a circuit’s output producing a 0 glitch when we would expect the output to remain at a nice steady 1 based on a static analysis of the circuit function.OR A static-1 hazard is a pair of input combinations that: (i) differ in only one input variable and (ii) both give a 1 output; such that it is possible for a momentary 0 output to occur during a transition in the differing input variable.

        判断方法和消除方法

          (根据K map判断是否有竞争)  The circuit does not have a static race hazard , because the map groupings overlap .

       （如何消除竞争）Static Hazard can usually be eliminated by adding redundant/extra logic to ensure that all single bit changes are covered by the same block.
