英文sci投稿-cover letter模板分享

近一年来投稿了四种elsiver下的期刊，发现都要求上传cover letter，cover letter说白了就是给编辑写的一封信，新的内容包括你投稿该期刊的动机，你论文的创新点，以及一些论文内容相关的信息。

这篇分享是我自己一直用的模板，目的是给大家提供一个参考，希望对各位有帮助

I am the corresponding author（如果你是一作那你就写first author） of this submission, XXX（写上你的姓名）. On behalf of all the authors, I would like to submit the enclosed manuscript entitled “XXX你的论文题目” for your consideration for publication as an article in xxx你准备投稿的期刊.

We have included all content in the manuscript as required, as well as the required reference format, and in addition. Our manuscript contains X figures, Y tables, and Z references. I outline briefly below the significant findings reported in our manuscript.（此部分简单说明你的文章信息）
