Overview

Students will identify and explore the contemporary issues effffecting human resource management practice and the

impact they are having, and potentially could have, on an organisation's ability to effffectively and strategically attract,

recruit, retain and manage its human resources in an increasingly dynamic and global environment. The unit critically

links human resource management theory and its practical application to contemporary HRM issues. If you have

previously successfully completed the unit HRMT20023 Contemporary Studies in Human Resource Management you are

not required to undertake this unit.
