(转)pip安装报错：There was a problem confirming the ssl certificate

在windows10,升级Pip后，安装python包报错，

```bash

>pip install wheel

解决办法以下：
在python安装目录下建立pip.ini，pip.ini配置內容以下：

```bash

[global]

index-url=http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/

[install]

trusted-host=mirrors.aliyun.com

```
