在Ubuntu 20.04上安装OpenCV4.2时遇到cmake错误，主要是ippicv_2019_lnx_intel64_general_20180723.tgz文件下载失败。通过使用cmake-gui设置源码路径和构建目录，配置后查看错误日志，手动下载ippicv文件并替换，消除错误后重新配置和生成，从而成功进行安装。
