New Staff Outdoor Trainning

I once had a few blogs,but everytime after I build up those blogs I didn't try to write interesting things down in them because every day I have my excuse.At last days passed by and few words were recorded.A teacher told us the day yesterday that we should develop an interest writing diary or work note.So I make up my mind to write diary to remind me my every day life,so that one day when I am old,I can go back to read these words and enjoy the pleasures of retrospection.I have to hold on!

Yesterday, as a new member of revenco corperation just coming into society from university, we all the new comers had a outward bound in LiuXihe national forest park.I waked up 6 o'clock in the morning and arrieved at the company around 7 o'clock. We got going at 7:10, and after about 2 hours we arrieved at the destination. LiuXihe national forest park,in my first sight, was beautiful.A lot of trees were planted and a great green river lied along the the forest.I had a long time staying in Guangzhou and nothing about clear water in the river in the city.At that moment, I thought of going out to take a deep breath out of the city every year.Yes, I wanted to go out to have a vacation out of the city.

Well,we had little time to experienced the beauty of this park because we had to have a meeting together.In the meeting room at the second floor in a building,a man told us that he and three other men would be our drillmaster all day.He was handsome in some way,however I don't like this man.Because he felt liking speaking a lot about teamwork,feeling,spirit and such things.After a long time speaking,we started to carry out the first game.

We were guided to the playground and the game called carrying water.We were divided into six groups and each group were eighteen members.Each member would get a section of a pipe.It was not circle but half circle.at the two side of the playground there were two water buckets and one of them was filled with water.All we wanted to do was use the pipe in our hand to carry water from a bucket to the other.Of course,even all of us connected our pipes,it still wasn't as long as from one bucket to the other.So the only way was that after the water flew through one person's pipe, he had to run to the last person of the queue and made his pipe connect to that person.So the water wouldn't flow out the pipe.This kept until the water arrieved the the other bucket.The game was interesting and intense.All members in my group were trying their best not to make their pipe connect well with the other member so that water coming out the pipe and scattering to the ground.We made a good team.After the game,I represented my group to have a shot speech in front of every one.I said that when communicating with your group members, you had to speak in a mild but not yelling,because each of us always hoped that we could make things good and hated to be yelled.I also said that I admired my teamakes.They all gave me a loud applouse.

After a rich lunch,we again gathered around and played other games.and the Orienteering steeplechase made my very happy.To tell the truth,I loved adventure very much.Well,we eight people got four maps and a paper and a pencil.Once we found the goal,by the way it is a table and there were words on the goal, we covered the paper onto the word and spreaded on it so the word would be printed on the paper.I was a great striker and observer.I was always the in front of our group.In this section,I found that some of our group members didn't take it seriously,so I was angry some times and voice became a little loud.I felt sorry and lost self-control.After the game,our teamleader said to me,"You worked very hard."I knew that he had felt my hard working.Although I said nothing,it worthed,I thought.

This is our outdoor excercise.The drillmaster said a lot about teamwork,but what stood out to me is we all have to do a good job of our own.In the games some people messed things up and led their team lost,but they didn't felt sorry but said that we had made our best.However such persons should at least said sorry to his/her teamates because it's he/her who make his/her team lost victory.A member who didn't say sorry should be punished!Well,to me,teamwork is important and i admire.But it is virtual and one real form is you should do well your own business and do not make your team loss because of you! Every one who makes their team loss should be punished.
