低对比度图像的分割算法仍能发Nature子刊

原以为这类问题已经解决的很不错了，比如，已经有很系统的、开源的、稳健的代码…… 看到这样的文章还能在2015年的Nature子刊（生物医学工程）出现，才明白，这类问题是顽固的老难题。
