•         Alliance is pleased to announce a new partnership between Alliance Memory and Micron! 
• 
  
• The Alliance strategy to support legacy Memory took a giant step forward with Alliance engaging with Micron to extend the life of the 512M SDRAM. Micron had announced EOL on this device a year ago with last time buy’s ending March, 2014. 
• Alliance has instituted a deal to have Micron continue to manufacture these devices specifically for Alliance to provide parts to our respective customers for the long-term. Each device has been manufactured to the same wafer/assembly and test process as 
• the corresponding Micron part number, with only “top side marking” for the Alliance marked parts being different. Micron probably had a market share in the region of 80%-90% on these 512M SDRAM’s. 
• Alliance will offer the following 512M SDRAM’s to the market starting today:-
• 32M x 16 Commercial temp –
•  Micron part number MT48LC32M16A2P-75:C 
• Alliance part number AS4C32M16SM-7TCN, this part will be manufactured by Micron. It is 100% the same part as the above Micron part number with only the top marking different
• Alliance part number AS4C32M16SA-7TCN this is Alliance current version part number produced by Alliance
• 32M x 16 Industrial temp –
• Micron part number MT48LC32M16A2P-75 IT:C
• Alliance part number AS4C32M16SM-7TIN this part will be manufactured by Micron. It is 100% the same part as the above Micron part number with only the top marking different
• Alliance part number AS4C32M16SA-7TIN this is Alliance current version part number manufactured by Alliance and its partners
• 64M X 8 Commercial temp –
• Micron part number MT48LC64M8A2P-75:C – as of today we will only offer the Micron part number.
• You can begin promotion and purchasing the above parts now.
• With this announcement along with our newly expanded DRAM line-up Alliance will be recognized as a major source for DRAM Memory.
