组织或项目内部影响因素分析

对组织战略或项目管理产生影响的因素，不仅包括前文所述的外部影响因素，还包括如下内部因素：

1）组织总体绩效；

2）资源因素，比如基础设施、过程运行环境、组织的知识；

Resource factors, such as infrastructure, environment for the operation of the processes, organizational knowledge ;

3）人员方面，比如个人能力、组织行为和文化、工会关系等；
