——The core of TOEFL is listening.

This week, I spent all my study time to learn TOEFL. Moreover, we need to cherish time in school for that if we are at work, it would be impossible for us to do nothing but prepare for one exam.

1. Words
   I choose a word book by NewEast. I recite a list, and for the first time, I dictate the word when I listen to the record at the same time. As for the second time, I transcribe according to the record.

2. Listening
   I use TPO as the listening practice material. For the first time, I listen and answer the questions. For the second time, I look at the listening material and read after listening record. For the third time, I try to read after the listening record without listening-material.

3. Speaking
   For the first time, I read and speak. For the second time, I read after the listening material and recite the speaking material.

4. Reading
   I don’t practice TOEFL reading every day. Because I read an English paper every day.

5. Writing
   I don’t practice TOEFL writing every day. Because I write an English paper every day and I write an English technology blog every Sunday.
