PM can be divided into three types: Planning PM, Industry PM and Marketing PM.

For a planning PM, they need to cooperate with the developing team, designing team to give birth to a product. They need to output Product requirement product.

For an industry PM, they need to communicate with different companies in different industries to understand what they need. They need to keep contact with companies.

For a marketing PM, they need to propose and undertake some marketing activities to encourage more people to use or buy their products. They need to walk out of the office and undertake the activities.
