——Always try to suppose you are the interviewer.

A presentation usually can be divided into the following parts: the front page, the agenda, the self-introduction, the working experience, responsible work, the main projects, the drawbacks and shortcomings and Q&A.

You should always prepare a handout before you give a speech. For example, if you’re prepared to speak for 20 minutes and your speaking speed is 150 words per minutes. You should prepare a handout of 3000 words.

You need to focus on the main projects, you’d better talk about 2 main projects, it should talk you 12 ~16 minutes. When you describe them, try to conclude the necessary ability needed for your job.
