介绍：named VesselID-539, contains images from viewpoints similar to those of an autonomous surface vessel, to use in evaluating the performance of the model. Extensive experiments and analysis of the results obtained from using VesselID-539 demonstrate that our approach significantly increases the accuracy of vessel re-identification and is more effective and robust for images from different viewpoints than other approaches.

介绍：The images are downloaded to the location of MARVEL_Download.py with a meta folder structure.
Once the download is finished, the vessel images are distributed in a meta folder structure.
The output filename is FINAL.dat, which has the same structure as the input XXX.dat file except for appended path names
as the last column of each line.
