弹性髓内钉与钢板在儿童四肢长骨骨折

治疗的比较分析

[摘要]目的：探讨弹性髓内钉在儿童四肢长骨骨折治疗中的临床疗效及相关优势。方法：采用前瞻性临床对

照研究的方法，将 2014年 1月至 2016至 1月间我院收治的儿童四肢长骨骨折手术治疗的患者 100例随机

分成对照组(予以钢板内固定术，n=50)和观察组(予以弹性髓内钉内固定术，n=50)。两组患者术后均随访 1

年，比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨痂生成优 良率、骨折愈合时间、邻近关节功能及并发

症的差异。结果：两组患者在随访期内均全部愈合，对位对线良好，关节功能正常，无严重并发症出现。但观察

组术中出血量为(50．60~18．35)ml、住 院时间为 (14．75+4．40)d、骨痂生成优 良率为 96．0％、骨折愈合时间为

(56．50~3．85)d，而对照组则分别为 (165．30~35．80)ml、(6．50~2．75)d、80．0％和(80．30~8．96)d，两组差异均有统

计学意义(P<0．05)。结论 ：弹性髓 内钉和钢板内固定均为治疗儿童四肢长骨骨折的有效方法，但弹性髓内钉不

损伤骨骺血管，愈合时间短，具有操作简便、微创、术后康复快等优点，值得在临床上推广应用。
