一个组织的商业模式由9个基本的构造模块构成:

  • Customer segments 客户细分
  • Value propositions 细分领域的价值主张
  • Channels 渠道
  • Customer Relationships 所建立的客户关系
  • Revenue Streams 收入来源
  • Key resources 核心资源
  • Key activities 创造价值所需的关键业务
  • Key Partnerships 重要合作
  • Cost structure 成本构成

但是商业模式远不是简单罗列的这9个构造块。你真正需要做的事情就是将这9个预先构建的模块在画布上匹配出来。我们称之为商业模式画布（如下图） 这个工具可以帮助讨论、设计和运作新的商业模式。
