一、英文感悟

这篇文章十分优秀，讲述的是 the power of interoverts .开篇讲述了 when she was nine years old. she went off to summer camp for the first time. And she mother packed me a suitcase full of books she had a using of 10 girls sitting in a cabin .she had this idea that campus was going to be just like this .but better camp was more like a key party without any aichhol .she just waited for the time that I could go off and read my books.But the first time that I took my book out of my suit thsey the coolest girl in the bunk came up tome and she asked me,‘why are you being so mellow?’ And the the second time I tired it .the counselor camp up to me with a concemeh expression on he face and she repreted the point about point about camp spinit .aasd we should all work very hard to be outgoing .But I did for sake them and I didn‘t open that suitcass anr ain untill i was back home with my family at the end of the summer
“演讲人通过讲述自己在夏令营的故事，继而讲述了关于内向性格的一个重点和感想” beacuse whtn it comes creativity and to leadership we need interovers doing what they do best " " you need to understand what introverion it is .it is different from being shy.shyness is about fear of sicial judgment .Introversion is more about.how do you yourespond to stimylation including socical stimulation , so extroverts rally care large amount of stimulation ,whereas intriverts feel at their most alive and their most switched on and their most capable when they’re in quieter .more low key environments “” and the vast majority of toach ers reports belive ving that the ideal student is an extrovert as opposed to an introvert .and when it comes to leadership,introverts are routiney passed over for leadership positions,even thoungh introverts tend to be very careful ,much ledd likely to take outside risks. which is sometimes we might all favor nowadys ‘’ Now in fact ,some ofour transformative leaders in history have been introverts"
这篇演讲中，有一句话令我印象十分印象深刻.much better for everybody to do off by themselves ,generate their own ideas ,freed from the distrotions of group dynamics,and them come together as a team to talk them through in a well-managed envivon-ment and take it from there 这应该是每位内向者学习，当然 ，she is also not calling for the abdishing of teamwork at all ,the same religions who send their sages off to lonely mountain tops ,also teach us love and trust " 但是 I am saying that the more freedom that we give introvers to be themselver, the more likely that they are to come up with their own unique solutions to these problems

在最后 演讲人表达自己的三个宗旨 noumber one : stop the madness for constant groupwork. just stop it .number toe co to the widderness ,be like buddha have your own revelations number three take a good look at what’s inside your owen suitcase and why you puy it there
