1.1 问题

使用git遇到的问题，

ERROR: unexpected error - Failed to connect to proxy URL: "http://127.0.0.1:8080/"  

ERROR: unexpected error - [Errno 16] Service Unavailable: An error occurred (503) when calling the HeadObject operation (reached max retries: 4): Service Unavailable

原因：是使用了VPN，所以127.0.0.1：8080被当做代理被占用了，需要重启

1.2 解决办法

查看代理情况，在终端中 输入

env | grep -i proxy

可以看到8080端口被占用了，需要重新设置所有8080有关的代理，git clone就可以恢复了。

unset http_proxy
unset https_proxy
unset HTTP_PROXY
unset HTTP_PROXYS

结果

如果还不行，可以试试全部清除

unset  https_proxy
unset  http_proxy
unset  no_proxy
unset  HTTPS_PROXY
unset  HTTP_PROXY
unset  NO_PROXY
