摘要

轻型客车在现实生活中起着很大的作用，用轻型客车来载人载货都很便捷。尤其是在乡镇中，轻型客车作为短途客车以及运输货物的工具占据着很重要的位置。本设计的主要内容是汽车底盘中传动系的驱动桥部分。驱动桥是汽车四大总成其一，驱动桥的性能将直接影响整车性能，对于客车、载重汽车、货车的影响都很大。

文中主要设计驱动桥的主减速器、差速器、半轴、桥壳部分。其中主减速器中包括啮合齿轮的型式选择、尺寸参数计算以及强度校核；差速器包括行星齿轮、半轴齿轮的参数及强度校核；半轴包括半轴的具体尺寸设计、花键类型选择和强度校核；桥壳包括在各个工况下桥壳的强度校核。

本设计除主要的设计计算和型式选择外，还包括双曲面齿轮、行星齿轮、半轴齿轮的参数计算程序。

外文摘要

Light bus plays animportant role in the real life，and it is very convenienttotransport people or goods.Especially in the townships, light bus is of great value in short-distance transportation.The ma-in contents of this design is thedriveaxle.The axle as the one of four auto assembly ,Its performance directly affects the performance of the whole vehicle ,for passenger cars、trucks is particularly important .

This paper mainly designed the main gear, differential and the a-xle housing of thedrive axle. Main gear reducer includes choice of the type, size, parameter calculation and strength check; includes a planetary gear differential, axle gear parameters and strength check; axle specific dimensions, including design, spline type selection and strength check; axle housing strength checking various conditions, including in the axle housing.

In addition to the main design of the design calculations and type selection, this paper includesthe program of hypoid gears, planetary gears, axle gears.
