Englishpod 是一家名为Praxis Language 的公司推出的播客品牌，总共有365期。每期有不同主题，由两位幽默风趣的男女主播进行互动教学，摆脱枯燥的朗读会话。

首先：1分钟左右的情景对话；

然后：10～15分钟的主播讲解；

情景对话

具体“食用”方法参考如下：

第一步：至少盲听五遍情景对话(即大约一分钟的原文音频)

第二步：对照文本精听至少五遍，同时整理不懂的单词短语以及标注没听出来的地方

第三步：根据主持人的讲解对笔记进行进一步的整理补充。对于讲解中的知识盲点，可以自行上网查找相关资料。

第四步：复习笔记并尝试脱稿复述对话内容

第五步：脱稿反复听几遍直至完全听懂对话

第六步：影子跟读模仿情景对话的语音语调

对话原文

‍ ‍ Elementary ‐ The Office - Virus! (C0007)‍   A: Oh great! This stupid computer froze again! That’s the third time today! Hey Samuel, can you come take a look at my PC? It’s acting up again. It must have a virus or something. B: Just give me a second; I’ll be right up. B: I ran a virus scan on your computer, and it turns out that you have a lot of infected files! A: But I’m quite careful when I’m browsing the internet, I have no idea how I could have picked up a virus. B: Well, you have to make sure that your anti-virus software is updated regularly; yours wasn’t up-to-date, that’s probably what was causing your problems. A: Ok. Anything else? B: Yeah, try not to kick or hit the computer! A: Um yeah… Sorry about that.

此外，act up除了用来表示某些东西运作不正常、出毛病，也可表示小孩纸调皮捣蛋、耍脾气

B: 我在你的电脑上运行了病毒扫描，结果显示你有很多文件感染了病毒。

A: 但我浏览网页时都挺小心的，它咋就中病毒了呢。

B: 你要勤更杀毒软件，你的软件都不是最新版的，这可能就是你电脑出毛病的原因所在。

A: 好，还有啥要注意的吗？

B: 提醒一下，别再拍打电脑了。

A: 好的好的，不好意思。
