当试图创建一个新的conda环境时，出现错误，显然是一个网络连接的问题

解决：

过一会儿再试又可以了.....

可能是暂时的网络故障？？

还有一种可能原因是，这个环境建立之前，我先删除了一个同名环境，然后立刻建立这个新环境
