it to you and you can appreciate it and be grateful and so that is how i want to view things that every good thing that happens to me every good thing that i have is not something that i deserve it is a gift given to me and i can appreciate it much more and just be thankful throughout my day i think i have talked about that in serveral episodes but i think it is really important if you are grateful your life is going to be a lot better because you actually appreciate things so that is a big thing.
and if i am grateful for every day i think i will enjoy my day more i will enjoy the little things the details that might seem insignificant i can actually appreciate these details more because i view them as a gift and i don’t take them for granted right so that is a fact

of viewing each day as a gift i think that i will be able to enjoy the little things more i want to do this because time flies when i say that time flies i am saying that time goes by very fast.
i want to stop and appreciate the good things that
i have because times goes by fast and before you know it you are a lot older and you have not even appreciate it

so the next thing i want to improve about my mindset is i want to have my thoughts more banlanced when it comes to thinking about the past present and future i think this is the

one that a lot people can benefit from i am sure that a lot of you spend more time than you would
like thinking about the past or thinking about the future or living too much in the present and not thinking about the future for example so i think that most of us can improve in this regard.
and specifically i need to improve by not thinking too much about the future i am the type of person that thinks about the future all the time i think about the future constantly and i think it is good to think about the future there are some great benefits to thinking about the future of course however when you think about the future too much then you runing into

some problems in english when we say that you run into something in this context we mean that you encorner

so more specifically, because i think so much about the future the future is always on my mind because of this i deal with anxiouty

and i can not always enjoy the present and this is something that i really want to change just like i mentioned when talking about enjoying the little things i want to be able to enjoy the moment and not be thinking about the future when something really great or presure

is happening right now so i want to balance that i am not saying that i don’t want to think about the future obviously not however i want to have more time thinking about the present let us say

and if you are someone who thinks about the past a lot for example and i sometimes do this you might also have another issue of maybe feeling like you are always regreting

you can not enjoy the present because of your past mistakes something

like that and i think it is good to recognize your mistakes from the past for sure however if you are constantly replaying those in you mind and you are alway thinking about the past and
things that happened that can be another issue right?
or maybe you don’t think about your regrets from the past but
maybe you think a lot about how great the past was how things are not
good now but they were great in the past that could be a depressed

? and i think that is a common tendency that a lot of people have we tend to view the past and maybe exaggerate
how good it was but really it was not bad

you will look back to things that are currently now and you might think the things now are much better than the things that
will be happening in the future for example so it is easy to fall into that trap so i think it is important to not spend too much time thinking about the future and

the past and it is also not good to just always think about the present and not think about the past and the future because if you never think about the past then you will never gonna learn from the

you will never gonna learn lessons from the experiences that you had you might not appreciate your memories from the past so that is not good and if you do not think about the future ever then you will not gonna

actually plan to achieve certain things and you might fall into the trap of just wanting presure now that is not a good thing either right? we need to learn to also to->

when you delay your gratification we are saying that you do the hard things

now and you don’t get the plesure that you want now so that
you can have it in the future and in a better form usually and that is an important skill to have so that is why it is also imprtant to not just focus on this moment and having fun right now and
that is it we also want to be able to consider the future and the concequences

of our actions and have goals for ourselves and be able to invisual

ourselves in the future so i think that is really important as well.
for me in particular my problem is that i need to not think too much about the future and instead enjoy the moment more.
