后仿真 error

ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 252: The instance `_57_D32_noxref' is referencing an undefined model or subcircuit, `parasitic_nwd'. Either include the file containing the definition of `parasitic_nwd', or define `parasitic_nwd' before running the simulation.

Error found by spectre in `ldo_amp_bias', during circuit read-in.

原因：寄生参数提取出来的calibre里面有二极管模型，但是仿真的ADE L的model library没有选择dio的model

解决办法：model library勾选dio的model。
