【PAT甲级】1001 A+B Format的两种思路三种解法

【题意】

输入两个整数，并计算两数的相加和，注意输出时从低位到高位，每隔三位加入一个逗号分隔符，若不满四位则不需要加。

如：123→123，2133→2,133，222333→222,333，-1234567→-1,234,567

Calculate a+b and output the sum in standard format -- that is, the digits must be separated into groups of three by commas (unless there are less than four digits).

Input Specification:

Each input file contains one test case. Each case contains a pair of integers a and b where −10​6​​≤a,b≤10​6​​. The numbers are separated by a space.

Output Specification:

For each test case, you should output the sum of a and b in one line. The sum must be written in the standard format.
